Program controls

Tree View    Determines what is displayed by the Views in the View Area - may be turned off so more room is available for View area
Navigate      Always shows all the points - clicking it allows you to zoom in on an area - may also be turned off
Splitters       Allow you to resize the panels
Toolbars      Allow you to quickly select program options - if grayed that option is not available
